Choosing your crystals
We have carefully selected a special group of crystals which balance a variety of issues and needs. Our crystals are also selected because they are exactly the right size (approx 1.5cm diameter) for Crystalla Pockets. Think about your current health and the well-being of your Mind, Body and Soul. Look at the crystal descriptions to help you get a feel for each crystal and notice the crystals you are most attracted or drawn to.
When you select your Crystalla Lingerie we will ask you which 4 crystals you would like to receive in your free set. It's as simple as that!

How to care for your crystals
Crystal Practitioners believe that crystals absorb the energies around us and from us. These energies can be perceived as both “positive” and “negative”. Always cleanse your crystals before and after use. The crystals chosen specially to complement the Crystalla Range can all be rinsed in running water.
Once cleansed, hold each crystal and concentrate your mind on what it is you want the crystal to balance, focusing on the positive outcome. Crystal Therapists call this process charging or programming your crystals and believe that once a crystal is programmed it will work to support your positive intention.
